I am providing some kick-butt prompts
and a safe space
to practice the life skill of journaling.
This is a twice-a-week check up for our mental health.
I invite you to do this on your own.
'Show up' for yourself on Sunday,
to prepare your mind for your week.Â
Or 'show up' on Wednesday - so that by the weekend,
you're not overwhelmed.
