TEXT ME by 8 PM - This is your daily appointment! Use your preferred app. Daily single coaching response (a.s.a.p.) for 30 days. Use for accountability or to download all your thoughts and feelings about any topic. Great for reporting daily habits or evening urges. Time of day is flexible, day or night, but I do silence my phone 9 PM to 7 AM Eastern. Choose phone text/audio, Voxer app (audio only,) WhatsApp, or Marco Polo (video.) Choose the date you'd like to start on the booking calendar. Set a phone reminder!
