Daily single coaching response (a.s.a.p.) for 30 days. Use for accountability or to download all your thoughts and feelings about any topic. Great for reporting daily habits. Time of day is flexible, day or night, but I do silence my phone 9PM to 7AM Eastern. I prefer to reply by 8PM. Choose phone text/audio, Voxer app (audio only,) WhatsApp, or Marco Polo (video.) Choose the date you'd like to start on the booking calendar. Set a phone reminder - this is your daily appointment.
